I didnt actually have any work done, but spoke with Mark who did a thorough eval of my wifes car and recommended that it might not be the best candidate to fix. He gave me several options and his opinion. It would have been easy to just install a solenoid pack like the previous shop had wanted to do, collect the money and let the transmission fail down the road. I greatly appreciate you for making a frustrating time for me a good experience by laughing with me when called late, then caring enough about my safety towing my vehicle to your facility. Upon fixing my vehicle you made me feel extremely comfortable by notifying me of every measure that was being taken to figure out was what the issue was, and even sending me photos! You've earned my business as long as you're around!
I noticed my transmission slipping in 3rd gear so I had the guys up here take a look at it. They did an awesome job. I was informed that 1st and 2nd gear were slipping as well. The staff are excellent and they were able to work with and negotiate with my extended warranty company as well. I was going to rebuild my transmission myself, but after doing the math and locating the parts.... well with their negotiations with the warranty compay, it was more cost effective for these guys to rebuild it for me. I have been to a lot of auto repair shops but this is one of the best if not the best shop not just the appearance and cleanliness, customer service is excellent and quality of work is superb. I was highly satisfied with all the services and repairs done on my car.
Did Bear Creek shut down? Looks like the number is disconnected. I've used them in the past and always been happy with the service.
Fantastic quick service. Steve and his crew are nice, knowledgeable trustworthy guys. We have taken three trucks to him for various repairs.
