I had transmission issues with my car and Eagle transmission at this location made the entire process stress free. I didn’t even need to go to the shop. They came to tow my car for free, handled the repairs, and then towed it back to me once everything was fixed. Great experience! We were traveling from out of state for a convention when the transmission went out. They went out of their way get us taken care of and back on the road.
Scott and his team are the best! Don’t bring your car to a dealership or somewhere like Pep Boys. They most certainly always overcharge. I’ve brought my car to Scott three times now and he’s always been fair. His guys do a great job and I’ve always gotten my car back in a timely fashion. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Eagle Transmission! I worked with both David and Scott, but mostly Scott—and he was absolutely amazing. So kind, attentive, and genuinely looked out for me from start to finish. Been having car issues and was recommended by an associate to come here to have my car looked at and that’s what I did :) As most know, they charge to inspect your car. I took my car there expecting to pay the inspection fee although I really didn’t have the $100 to spend due to me already putting so much money into the vehicle, on top of being a single mom of 3 trying to maintain bills and everything else I couldn’t afford to loose $100 and Scott must of felt my vibe cause he waived my inspection fee.
