RecommendedI highly recommend Dr. Jeff. Got an adjustment today for the first time in almost 6 months. I'd been experiencing headaches and general back stiffness/pain. I was nervous about getting adjusted because it had been so long, but the relief was instantaneous! Headache abated and the tightness between my shoulders was alleviated. I went to doctors and physical therapy for almost 2 years following a car accident. I was not getting any better and still had back and neck pain. I saw Dr Jeff at a women's expo. My sister and I were there and she kept saying get a massage. I finally gave in. I talked to him maybe 10 min. It was the best decision I made. I had an appointment that Monday. Two sessions of active release & graston techniques with Dr. Jared Davis and my shoulder, hips, and knees feel amazing! I will be getting regular care from Eagle Trace.
Jared is the man to see for active release. Jared was nice enough to come out to my facility and spend time working on 7 different clients struggling with varying degrees of tightness, strains, and limited mobility. All of them left feeling great with visible increases in mobility and posture. Quit neglecting your body and give him a call!
