They were dishonest in telling us that extra tile could be returned if it was full boxes. But then they point to the fine print at the bottom of the receipt that says NO returns. Lowes and Home Depot will take back individual pieces. Now I have a couple hundred dollars of waste......brand new in the box.
we upgraded our kitchen 3 years ago and we went to several big box stores and never could make up our minds on material for our kitchen cabinet back drop...but that all changed when we walked into this store. They had an outstanding selection and model kitchen displays and the employees on the display floor was so helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I have renovated a historic home downtown and could not have done it without Eagle Tile! They really took an interest and coached me through the process. Kudos to ALL at Eagle Tile for treating me like a part of the family, even if that means the crazy aunt that makes you take a deep breath whenever she walks in the room ;p Absolutely amazing selection, creative ideas, and encouragement at a price that you can't say no to.

Eagle Tile has been a local favorite of mine for many years. They seem to have both the best selection and prices of anyone around. Much better quality material as compared to what is offered at most of the area hardware stores. They recently moved locations to over by Glenbrook and their new showroom is amazing! I didn't know you could even do so much with tile. If you are thinking of purchasing flooring, it is definitely worth checking out Eagle Tile before purchasing somewhere else. Shop were the pro's do.
