I had two appointments with Dr. Lindsay Solfelt. I was told specifically by her that she was covered under Blue Cross of Idaho. She had called Blue Cross of Idaho and asked about my coverage and told me at our initial appointment that she was covered under my insurance. I called Blue cross myself asking to confirm that Dr. Lindsay Solfelt was in fact covered under my insurance and found out that day that she was not covered.
