I've lived here for about 7 years and am moving out soon for reasons that have nothing to do with Eagle Stream. But this is a nice place to live. The rent has been affordable for the area (I don't know what is being charged now, but my yearly rent increases weren't much at all and I appreciate that). It's relatively quiet, you do hear your neighbors occasionally and if your upstairs neighbors are loud it gets annoying, but that's most apartments. I have lived here since 2019 and personally I like it. The living room space in a 1 bedroom is nice, kitchens are small but that’s almost expected. The pool is also nice, could use some umbrellas for a bit of shade but it’s nice to have a pool to use for the rent price. Only downfall is rent goes up every year even though they claim it doesn’t when you first sign up. I've been here six months so far. Out of all the places I've ever lived at. In my opinion this is the best place. It's a very friendly atmosphere. This is including the property management to maintenance. I would consider this Eagleville / Norristown best kept secret.
