I needed an elliptical machine moved due to some remodeling being done in my home. Movers showed up on time and were extremely careful moving the machine and carrying it down the stairs. Excellent job .
Coordinating the move was easy. The coordinator came out and gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate on the spot. Office communication was great. Great communication on how close to my house they were for the pick up. Movers were very quick, extremely polite and accommodating during the pick up and delivery of my items. Items were wrapped with care. All around great experience.
I chose Eagle because it was a local company who gave my a personal touch during the initial phone calls. there seem to be 2 people in the office so when you call they know who you are, are friendly, and fair. They do not charge a 'truck charge'. It's a 2 hr minimum beginning from Downers Grove to Downers Grove. Seemed fair to me. Bill and Mimo came on time. They were efficient, friendly, and most of all CAREFUL. I will use them again.
