Product never arrived. Customer service insisted it would be shipped in 2 weeks and that was a month ago.

Purchased rods two months ago and they weren't in stock. Was told they would be shipped out April 28th. Just gave yous a call and now it's another 2 weeks till they are shipped. Terrible service and production time
My experience is the same as Andy Medland, I too placed an order for connecting rods part code CRS5155F3D via JEG's , no stock, no ETA and no responses from client services. So much for the website promise of "99.8% of all products in stock and shipping same day" what a crock. I have already paid for the rods and nothing to supply and no ETA.
