Kendra, the practice manager was the best part of this experience. As far as knowledge of the Dentist, willingness to help…was just as disappointing as other dentists I’ve been to. This office is run as a business. They aren’t trained to find the root cause, they just figure out how to make the most money off of you. What was relatively stable is now unstable, creating a host of other issues. Bedside manner wasn’t great. Was great experience, great place for dental care really good people
Dr Bob and Dr Char and the entire staff at Eagle Run are just spectacular! Can't say I've ever loved going to the dentist, but since starting with Eagle Run several years ago, its been "enjoyable". They are so aware of my comfort level that I almost feel pampered!!!! Highly recommend them!!
Very professional and made me feel comfortable in there decisions. Best I've ever had. Best in Nebraska.
