I called Eagle Roofing & Exteriors, a local business that I noted had received excellent customer ratings, to inspect an area of our 12 year old roof (installed by another contractor) that began to leak during a recent snow storm. Erich, the owner, quickly responded to set up a time to inspect the roof. He arrived on time and was able to locate the area where the roof damage had occurred. My garage roof got damaged by a unnamed business dropping a tree on it a few years back. The roof had minor leaks thereafter that got worse over the years. Last weeks Snow storm and the later monsoon was the last straw for me. .Erich came out and assessed the work. I have 0 days before the next winter storm, and his guys got here at 7:30am, and were done by 2pm. The roof looks amazing and my yard and garage is cleaner than when they showed up. Bring on the rain and Snow!

My roof was old and damaged by the recent tornado's in Cleveland, Erich came out and gave great advise on how to proceed and started the ball rolling. Once we got everything lined up he scheduled the work. His team showed up around 7:30 and were almost completely done by 1pm when I left for work. Erich later sent me a text that they were almost done and to call if there were any issues. My roof needed some repairs and patching done and Erich and his team were immensely helpful and professional. Erich was quick to assess my roof needs and presented me with options in a very understandable way. Throughout the process, Erich kept in communication with me in regards to scheduling and answered all of my questions. Erich is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the difficult insurance claims process. He spent a lot of time on his end making sure the right thing was done as my insurance tried their best to weasel out of the coverage. My new roof is beautiful, his crew was detail oriented, and tidy! There was one miscommunication between myself and Erich about adding an additional vent, he responded right away and had one of his team members come back to add the vent, I was very grateful and impressed.
