They were dispatched by my warranty company on 1/19/2024 for a roof leak. It is now 2/12/2024 and they have never called me or scheduled an appt nor came to fix anything. We have attempted to contact them multiple times w no success. Now my roof leak has turned into a ceiling collapse in my daughter's room and damaged flooring. Thank you very much.. for nothing.
Lack of timely response, no follow up and no effort made to engage is a simple service request, even to say "not interested." Lost time waiting.
The eagle roofing has done an amazing job on my roof after the storm. The workers showed up early and work well into the day. Good customer service and support from staff!
