UNBELIEVABLE! I'm on the west coast and needed a small part from a niche manufacturer on the east coast, and I needed it in two days. The manufacturer couldn't accommodate me but suggested I call Eagle Rock. I did, and within an hour Mike had the part at the post office and on the way by priority mail. This was a $6 part and the total with shipping was only $11 but Mike acted as if I was a million dollar customer and made a special trip to the post office. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this business a 20!
