Rented a locker two months ago—already hit with a rent increase. No reasoning provided, no mention of sudden rate hikes when signing up. Feels unfair. Chose this place for the original price, now stuck paying more. Disappointed.
The whole process was very smooth and Nicole guided us through the steps and was very helpful! The facility is clean and spacious and easy to navigate.

Nicole was amazing! I had reserved a unit online late the night before, yet when I arrived the next morning, Nicole greeted me by name, had my welcome packet ready, and showed me straight to the unit. The paperwork was quick, and she even had a snack and water ready for my 3 year old :-) Great experience, and I’ve had no trouble getting into the unit - super easy and convenient.
Nicole at the Roseland, NJ location is AH-MAZING! She is knowledgeable, efficient and kind! Lots of storage places around, and Cube Smart corporate policies don't make much sense. Thankfully Nicole keeps it "local" and helps everyone who walks in the door. The absolute BEST !
