I have been with Eagle Rock for a few years now. Unfortunately we have been through the claims process and it was quite simple. Trenda in the office is wonderful. Every adjustor or claims rep we have dealt with have been professional and great at their jobs.
I love how Eagle Rock is not locked in to one company, so they can truly find the best solution for my needs. Mark is very responsive, friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly!
