I only called the company to inquire about the process and pricing. Bob picked up the phone and basically invested 15 minutes of his time to share his knowledge with me and to qualify whether I really did need an appraisal. I am very lucky to once in a while stumble upon honest professionals that are not in a rush to charge you money as soon as possible but instead truly evaluate your personal situation!
