Check your explanation of benefits closely. My insurance was billed for X-rays I did not receive and despite contacting the office several times a corrected claim was not submitted correctly to my insurance. This impacts the coverage I have remaining in my plan and the office was paid for services not performed. Also, one of their hygienists is extremely pushy about services “covered” by insurance. Even if a benefit is covered, there is still a patient responsibility and “no thank you” should be respected. Very disappointed ... read more
Dr. Baird is hands down the best, kindest, MOST CARING dentist I have ever seen. I had a tooth extracted, instead of a crown because money is tight. He never pushed me into something more expensive, and was so understanding. I was extremely anxious, and he made me feel so comfortable, and his assistant Nichole was also the best. I won’t go anywhere else.
Great experience every visit! The office is clean, well-run, and professional, with friendly staff and excellent care. I’m in and out quickly every time! Highly recommend!
