I was very nervous to make an appointment for a dentist, but it needed to be done. My husband recommended Eagle River Smiles to me so we could be at the same place. When I called, reception was wonderful and I got scheduled as soon as they could. Every staff member there (reception, hygienist, assistants, and of course Dr. Baird) was understanding of my dental journey and gave reassurance that I was on track to have a healthy dental care routine. I can't thank them enough for the hard work they do!
I switched to Dentist Aaron Baird in 2020, and I'm glad I did. Here's why: Recently, an older crown from another dentist fell off right in my soup! I called the after-hours number, Dr. Baird returned my call and set a special appointment at 9 pm SAME day. Within 20 minutes, he restored the crown and put me at ease for my upcoming trip. Yes, I highly recommend Dr. Aaron Baird and his very professional staff at Eagle River Smiles.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Have had great success with them.
Dr. Baird is amazing! So friendly and caring and really listens to the patient's questions and concerns. He always tries to make what can be a scary experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. His staff is equally fantastic and always make you feel like you are family when you come in.
