Our young salesman was very kind, knowledgeable and honest. We didn't feel pressured at all to purchase. The staff were all very friendly and transparent. We were given a more than fair trade in price and we decided to go ahead and buy. We are never disappointed in Ford products and have been Ford drivers for 45+ years! We were looking for a dealer closer to our home and would certainly recommend Eagle River Ford to others! We will certainly deal with this business in the future!

My husband and I stopped into the dealership March 1st to look at Dodge 2018 2500 that just came in. We were told that the inspection still needed to be done. Ok. We were told by Tuesday that would be done. And Nick the salesman said he would call us. No call. My husband has called and texted him. And still nothing. And it's Thursday and the truck is still sitting outside not touched. I guess you don't want to make a sale. Guess I'll take my business somewhere else.
Recently needed service to our 2017 escape, best experience ever. They worked with the extended warranty provider, the estimate was spot on, no surprises, AND they gave the car a bath and vacuumed it out. Work done was flawless and the escape runs like a fine Swiss watch. They definitely will have us as a repeat customer!
