Definitely not a good experience trying to get a new truck. Will not return. I had an appointment but then was put off and told to wait for Ten minutes. Ten minutes turned out to be 30 minutes. Then of course my phone rings when I already left. Horrible experience will never return or recommend to anyone
My husband and i purchased a new RV from nick at eagle river rv. We were so impressed with Nick and the staff we drove back a month later to trade our 24 Tundra in for a 25 F250 to make towing the new rv easier. So why did we drive 2500 miles in back and forth in less than 45 days? Nick and the staff is the answer, best price, best customer service and even the finance person is great.
