We were visiting Eagle River heading north when my back passenger tire deflated before leaving our hotel. Mike Baseman was outstanding! I own a Ford Explorer. The dealership was Dodge, etc. He kept us only about 2 hours, found a tire at the Ford Dealership, installed it and we were able to get all our traveling in. Another staff member replaced the battery in my fob! Remarkable! I would highly recommend stopping for all your car needs. Friendly and efficient staff!!
Been waiting on my title for almost 3 months place is garbage you would be better off going to Rhinelander or Green Bay don’t waste your time with this Rinky dink dealership, when I left the dealership with my brand new dodge ram I was a mile down the road a coolant hose came off and I dumped all my coolant i called them and the sales manager told me “ call a tow truck”. Luckly I was able to fix it myself with the help of a friend and be on my way.
