I liked Brian from the first day I met him,a great guy! We listed our home through Eagle Rise after we had met with Brian he came up with comps and a fair market value. We wanted to list for more he went over the pros and cons, but in the end was super helpful coming up with a strategy and a fair price. Eagle Rise has gone way above and beyond what I would've ever expected in a real estate broker. Usually when you start to work with a real estate person, they seem to be only in it to just make a nice commission off of you, but not these guys. They actually took the time to explain everything and made me feel like I was actually a person they cared about...not just dollar signs.
