We have been here for over 2 years now and it's been great. If you have any problems they are always there to help you out 24/7. They may seem a little spendy but with all the amenities it's well worth it. And the ladies in the office are the sweetest :) which is always a plus when renting.
My daughter and son-in-law just moved into Eagle Ridge Village, and their townhouse is very nice. I really love the clubhouse and the set up of the pool and playground.
