Worst place ever. Would not recommend. There’s better places to stay. Customer service sucks, maintenance sucks, but once again it all sucks.
RecommendedI truly enjoy living here as the leasing agents/staff are so helpful and trustworthy. Anytime, I’ve reached out for assistance, they have risen above the call. Today, I had to be ambulanced to the ER from my doc office. Not knowing many people, I called and they were kind enough to go and let my puppies out, feed them and fix my screen door while there. This certainly goes way beyond the call of duty. Very thankful and grateful to be a part of this personable community that really cares! I’m indebted.
Today we moved out of Eagle Ridge after 2 years. I just want to thank everybody who works there for your support. You're truly a great team of nice and friendly people.
Moved out this morning. Inspection went great. We're receiving full deposit back. Been here 3yrs and had 2 dogs. Not once did we have a problem with Eagle Ridge. Had a great relationship with office staff and maintenance guys. Goodbye Eagle Ridge�
Been here about 2 years now, once in awhile I stop in to say hello to staff in the office. They've been wonderful about things when need help or have issues. Wish I had a friend or two to visit or invite over to spend time with. That's about my only issue most of the time.
