MY BASEMENT HAS FLOODED FOR THE ELEVENTH TIME. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME WITH A SOLUTION. THEY BRING A FAN. MY CARPET IS MOLDY AND DISGUSTING AND WHEN I CALL THEY SAY THEY ARE TOO BACKED UP TO GET TO ME.
Starting to seem like section 8 housing. Poor landscaping, almost end of June and still no pool, garbage thrown however near dumpsters in parking lot. Rotted siding on buildings, told 2 years ago new siding was being put on. 5 ft tall weeds, have to trim bushes just so your own patio doesn’t look trashier.
This is way more spacious than it appears from the outside. A lot of updates being done recently as well.
Lives here for 6+ years. Many issues not attended to, including a leaky ceiling leading to mold. Upon leaving extremely disrespected by owner (wife of the duo running it) who called me a fucking bitch. DO NOT RENT HERE
