Terrible experience for Bronze Cross class students – Avoid this instructor. My son had an incredibly discouraging and humiliating experience with instructor Keira M during the Bronze Cross program at Eagle Ridge Pool. The bias and discouraging atmosphere in the classroom was impossible to ignore.
