If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst, and I mean absolutely the worst hospital to come to for emergency. You’re better off driving longer distance to another hospital but at least you’ll be helped/seen faster. Triage delays checking patients in, nurses stand around laughing and gossiping, while the doctors are nowhere to be found. 8+ hour wait times with zero urgency.

Worst ER! Worst staff! After 5 hours sitting I left without seeing a doctor! Tonight I sat there for 5 hours while my leg is bleeding and there is infection in my leg! I told them i am not able to sit down because i am in pain and bleeding they said you have to there is nowhere you can lay down! After 5 hours sitting with that pain i saw whoever came after me was going inside! And they were all looking okay! Not worse than me! I experienced an extremely long wait with little to no clear communication from either the reception staff or the nursing team. I arrived at the ER at 4:00 p.m. to register my 4-year-old son, whose elbow was dislocated. The online ER tracker showed a 2-hour wait time, and at check-in the receptionist told us there were only 12 patients ahead of us. Worst Emergency Hospital. Waited for 7hrs. Still no sign of a doctor showing up.

Absolutely terrible experience. We waited over 5 hours without a single nurse coming to check on my wife. Nurses were present in the area, but there appeared to be only one doctor working. We arrived at 6:00 PM and it is now 11:30 PM, with no assessment or update. If you have the option, go to a different emergency room. This location is clearly understaffed, and the lack of communication and care was extremely concerning.
