Extremely disappointing ER experience. I came in unable to keep water down after vomiting all day and passing out at work, yet waited around 12 hours before seeing a doctor. Yes that’s right 12 HOURS. Many patients who arrived after me were seen first. The long wait while severely dehydrated and nauseous was very difficult. Staff also seemed dismissive at times. I understand ERs get busy, but this experience felt poorly managed and concerning. This hospital is going to end lives with their broken priority list.

This country is a hell to live in. Walked in to hospital. Waited 4 hours. Doctors in this country are useless. Tells me to take melatonin honey and Advil for severe coughing for 5 days straight with 0 sleep. Pathetic unliveable country. pathetic Healthcare. Pathetic doctors with absolutely no knowledge of how to treat patients.

I arrived at the hospital emergency department in a very serious condition, with a high fever and difficulty breathing. Despite my critical state, I had to wait for 4 hours and 35 minutes before any medical attention. The nurse on duty was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She treated me with disdain, refusing to provide any information about the expected waiting time or next steps. My fingle was dmaged(bone broken) when shutting the car door on March 23. I arrived the emegincy room around 11:20 pm and didn't see the doctor till 5:30am in the morning of March 24. One male nurcy (Gary) asked me either to go home or stay in the room (waiting for the doctor). The waitijng room was almost empty (one two peopel there). I have filed a complain to PCQO.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst, and I mean absolutely the worst hospital to come to for emergency. You’re better off driving longer distance to another hospital but at least you’ll be helped/seen faster. Triage delays checking patients in, nurses stand around laughing and gossiping, while the doctors are nowhere to be found. 8+ hour wait times with zero urgency.
