People usually only think to leave a review when they’ve had a bad experience. But today, I want to do something different. I would like to thank the entire emergency department team at Eagle Ridge Hospital in Port Moody who were on duty on the morning of July 11, 2026. I was going through a difficult situation, and they treated me with humanity, attentiveness, and helpfulness. A special thank you to Dr. NATHAN LIM for attending to my case and ensuring I was well cared for. Thank you, everyone.

Extremely disappointing ER experience. I came in unable to keep water down after vomiting all day and passing out at work, yet waited around 12 hours before seeing a doctor. Yes that’s right 12 HOURS. Many patients who arrived after me were seen first. The long wait while severely dehydrated and nauseous was very difficult. Staff also seemed dismissive at times. I understand ERs get busy, but this experience felt poorly managed and concerning. This hospital is going to end lives with their broken priority list.

This country is a hell to live in. Walked in to hospital. Waited 4 hours. Doctors in this country are useless. Tells me to take melatonin honey and Advil for severe coughing for 5 days straight with 0 sleep. Pathetic unliveable country. pathetic Healthcare. Pathetic doctors with absolutely no knowledge of how to treat patients.
