Eagle Ridge Hospital: Emergency Room

Last night, I took my son to this emergency hospital due to severe stomach pain. Unfortunately, we had to wait 8 hours before seeing a doctor. My son was in intense pain and crying the entire time in the waiting area. It was heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating as a parent. If you have other options, I strongly recommend avoiding this hospital.

I'm not sure if this the right site for ambulance reviews. Jonathon and Ali were the paramedics who came in to help my 97 year old mom Jonathan and Ali are angels, I am so grateful for them, how they helped my mom. Paramedics are highly under paid for the amazing work they do. Thank you so much Jonathan and Ali for being there for us and our mom. You are both angels

The experience at this hospital has been good. There is a long wait but the staff are so kind, engage with you and try to make you laugh. I had a doctor who validated my symptoms and listened. They are doing great work amongst the shortages! THANK YOU
