They are very unprofessional, their management and maintenance doesn't do thier jobs. all they about is money.. I have lived with black mold for almost a year now. Have called a complained to RAM but nothing as yet to be done to slove this problem..
RecommendedI have work here going on 8 years. l have never worked for a better company. The residents safety has always been a top priority along with the employees. I really appreciate all. they do for me. As big as RAM is upper management always tries to know you by name. Great Company !!!

I do not understand why me and my 2 small kids cant just have a 1 bed room. Your Reasoning for not allowing this is ridiculously unacceptable.
They don't let you do nothing you can not put a grill to cook, a pool for kids, music or do a mini party they call the police Even you can not Check your car like the oil or change a tire this is like a prison alot of rule but do not fix the apt or clean good outside I can not wait to leave from here do not recomend
