I would HIGHLY recommend against moving to Eagle Ridge. From the start the management team makes that community and apartments look and sound great, like there’s no better places out there. However once you move in and are stuck in a lease they no longer care about you or any issues you may have with the apartment. The management team and even maintenance simply put on a show for tenant and nothing more.
