If you like to live around felons, delapitated empty buildings, druggies and people from Ford Heights this place is for you! Lots of people move in with no background check! The managment is rarely around to fix much and there will be grown people knocking on your door looking for spare change or anything else. The Managment are slumlords and don't fix anything. There is NO 24hour emergency service.
A high crime and expansive place
Not a good place to live. Landlord is always telling you what's going on in your house. Too many people running back telling on you like your a kid. Maintenance man sells drugs. Landlord do a lot of shady underhand stuff. They don't fix anything been without most of the winter. Everybody know your business.
