Went in for a tour at 9 am, the leasing agent didn’t show up until past 9:20. The apartment also looks nothing like it does online, they are very outdated and pricey for the quality.
These apartments were built in the 60s for retired people. I've been here 9 years and it's been so nice and quiet. Until Cabot took over. Heather let's anyone in here now. Many units have 5, 6 or more people in them. Kids are everywhere and parents (?) don't seem to care. Road is a mess, building trim is peeling if even any paint at all.
