Our water heater completely broke down on Sunday morning and we put an emergency call in. It was sent to our maintenance man Charles and he was very efficient in trying to get the problem fixed. The first plumber called was not able to come out until after late in the evening. He then called another plumber who was here in about an hour. I’ve had some ups and downs with this place like any apartment, but I just hit the two-year mark living here an overall, I like it. I think the staff is what makes it good. The people in the front office are always nice even dealing with my shitty attitude. The only thing that bums me out is I’ve seen apartments the same size as mine being advertised for like $500 a month more and I feel like my rent‘s gonna get jacked up through the roof.
