They bought this property and raised our rents so that we subsidized their financial “need” to buy Elise AI products that send us straight to a global data registry. Elise AI is working on new products that needle you into moving out, so that they can further optimize how to raise rent when you create a vacancy. You are their data cattle.
Living at Eagle Ridge is enjoyable but there are challenges. The site is well kept. The maintenance crew works hard to make repairs in a timely manner. My apartment is spacious and comfortable for a two bedroom. The rent is reasonable but could easily move to the more expensive cost depending on rent increases. The only concern is the on-site manager struggles with notifying the residents with big projects that interfere with use of the sidewalks. Constantly locked out of my apartment because some genius decided a touchscreen baking in the sun was better than a key. Also in order to pay rent you have to find the miniscule tiny link on their webpage and then go through the portal to log on to a third party called "BILT" then log in , of course it has to 2 step verify and it doesn't show you the amount due (way higher than the advertised rent) But then it says you owe $60 until the last minute. so you have to log on to another third party "conservice" to get the amount ... read more
I have lived here for 6 years now, thanks largely to the outstanding management and maintenance staff who make me feel taken care of and at home. Always professional, responsive and efficient, they are kind and helpful people. This is a rarity in apartment living.
