Been here less than a year. Safe area. Neighbors and staff are very friendly. There's plenty of guest parking, EV chargers and deliveries have been reliable. Lots of fun bird watching since Equalizer Lake and trail covers the north border of the complex. The city allows fishing at the lake too which is awesome. Being able to control the lights, door locks and thermostat from an app or Siri/Alex/Google is cool too. Not sure if it comes with all units but definitely go for the renovated one if you can swing it.
I feel as though a 5 star review is not quite enough for the management/leasing/maintenance team here at eagle ridge. My girlfriend and I moved in just about a month ago and have absolutely loved it. We unfortunately had a leak happen, but the maintenance team came quickly (happened at 10:30pm) and was able to shut everything off and made sure the leak stopped. They were back the next day and did a repair for it and are also going to have the whole system updated, that way in the future, this won't happen again. We can't tha... read more
Starting to feel like I made a terrible mistake, I hope I'm wrong. I really don't like how I have to pay $25 a month more than my advertised rent for some "tech fee" which is basically an electronic door lock that is terrible, I guess I knew this moving in but who doesn't rip off their tenants these days. This place is just flat out overpriced. I feel like stuff like that is blatantly illegal false advertising just to get people in the door who don't have weeks of free time to look for apartments. I really appreciate the Eagle Ridge - the office staff - you guys are so friendly and efficient! The maintenance team does great work - thank you for keeping this place running and looking so great. I love living here - a big thank you all around!
