Constantly locked out of my apartment because some genius decided a touchscreen baking in the sun was better than a key. Also in order to pay rent you have to find the miniscule tiny link on their webpage and then go through the portal to log on to a third party called "BILT" then log in , of course it has to 2 step verify and it doesn't show you the amount due (way higher than the advertised rent) But then it says you owe $60 until the last minute. so you have to log on to another third party "conservice" to get the amount ... read more
I have lived here for 6 years now, thanks largely to the outstanding management and maintenance staff who make me feel taken care of and at home. Always professional, responsive and efficient, they are kind and helpful people. This is a rarity in apartment living.

I have been overly impressed with the amazing Maintenance Team! They are super responsive, kind and skilled at troubleshooting everything in my home! I've heard horror stories about maintenance at other complexes. You won't find that at Eagle Ridge!
