The office staff and local management team have generally been helpful and easy to work with, which I appreciate. However, the larger issue is that the complex pricing does not seem to reflect the actual condition of the property. Eagle Ridge prices its apartments competitively against much newer complexes in the area, but many of the buildings and units here are showing their age and are in need of repairs, updates, and better overall upkeep. Apartment maintenance entered my unit without permission- I am in the process of moving out and left windows open so carpet cleaner could dry out overnight. I was called before 10am asking if they had permission to enter and close windows, and I told the person who called me, Lacey, they did not have permission to enter. at 2:27pm I got an alert from the 'smart lock' on the front door that maintenance used their code to enter my unit. on top of other ongoing issues (maintenance failing to follow up on work orders, tenants ha... read more

Hidden Gem in Loveland! Some apartments have stunning views and attached garages which is hard to find in Noco. The apartment complex is pretty quiet, friendly neighbors, very pet friendly, direct access to walking trails and open space. Friendly & helpful office staff, prompt maintenance staff. I lived here for over three years and enjoyed every minute, would highly recommend!
Great stuff and community. Mature trees and great location. Well appointed updates.
