I have lived at Eagle Ridge Apt for over a year. I appreciate the change in ownership and management staff. They have made some nice improvements in the property. The maintenance staff really work hard to take care of things . Just keeping the trash picked up from around the property is a very daunting task when residents purposely throw trash out of their cars and drop wrappers in the yards and then we have 50mph winds to blow all over.
