Untrustworthy, deceptive, disrespectful, and happy to lie and take advantage of people. I had an emergency with my rabbit and couldn't go to my amazing local vet so I called Eagle Ridge and asked if they had a vet who was experienced with rabbits. They told me they did, but Dr. Ong was in surgery and could see me at a certain time. If she was not able to get out of surgery, I could leave my rabbit, and she'd see him.
