Only take care of residents that are employees. If you don’t work here the residents don’t matter. Our vehicle was broken into, nothing was done. A man who isn’t even allowed on property cornered my sister on property and tried to get in her vehicle, nothing was done. Slow maintenance, even had water leaks and mold twice from the apartment above us. Still waiting for maintenance to fix. Trash all over the place. Lights don’t work in entryway. No security. After 3 years of well documented AC failure, we are being charged $2,500 to terminate our lease. When the temperature is over 85 outside, the house can only cool 10 degrees. If it is 90 outside, it is 80 inside. Their solution last summer was for us to use their emergency AC unit with our house AC, this ended up adding $100 dollars a month to our power bill. This place is the Worst!!! The garbage is always falling over, they don’t care about people safety! The “gated community” is just for show when asked about what they do about stolen vehicles in the neighborhood! They expect you to pay all this money and they can’t even come out to fix a toilet that is over flowing.. all they care about is getting their money . DONT NOT STAY HERE!

terrible response to Coronavirus. no rent Delano payment plans no discussion. various properties still missing several repairs weeks to months still pending. go elsewhere
there is no room for your visitors to park. they are out for money.
With everything !!! the management charges whatever they can !!! I cleaned my fridge and my bathrooms top to bottom, AND got my carpets PROFESSIONALLY cleaned and they STILL CHARGED ME!! would NEVER recommend this place especially not for this price..
RecommendedMet with Daron, Connie and Nicole at Innovation Apartments. They were so nice and friendly and really answered all my questions. Its a beautiful community with tons to offer. Highly recommend.
