I went with eagle restoration originally after seeing all the 5 star reviews and a quick response time. I unfortunately am paying for things out of pocket and while reviewing the estimates and invoices sent I’ve been over charge. I was originally told I was charged for three service days when in actuality it was only two. I was charged for an estimate when their website says it offers free estimates. Eagle Restoration is a very nice and dependable company. Their team truly cares for helpless people. Crew supervisor Nick, owner Paul, and lead certified water technician Trenton is extremely efficient, fast, kind, considerate, and caring. This company helped me immensely. If you have any issue like tree falling on your house to water damage/mold/anything, etc, you should definitely contact this company immediately as they will help you in everything. I recently had a leak in my shower area and called Eagle Restorstion. Dimitri, Gage and Dylan were the guys that showed up to take care of this. Hands down the best experience I’ve had in 18 yrs of living here ive had multiple contractors and repair work done on our home and only one other time did I get this level of professionalism in 18yrs. And these guys surpassed that! Thank Eagle Restoration!!

We were surprised by a large water leak under our kitchen floor, which led to a major reorganization and emptying out of half the kitchen. Nick with Eagle was an enormous source of solid advice and understanding support. He and his crew stepped in and smoothly, efficiently took care of the mitigation process in a relatively short time. I am afraid I don’t remember the names of the crew, but they were so pleasant to have around and did excellent work. We are so grateful! Thank you Eagle Restoration.
