They overcharge you. Don't use them. They say something on the phone and when they come to the house they say something else.
Chad did a great job cleaning my carpets. Called me within a day to set up an appointment for the next day. He was professional and carpets look much better! Followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with his work. I world highly recommend him!
