Eagle was hired in February to diagnose a leak in our balcony and repair it. They failed to fully diagnose so when they repaired it the leak was even worse. We notified Eagle and they just repeated they same process 2 more times which of course just created a bigger leak and their repair peeled up! Each time they poured more concrete on our balcony to level. Now we have a peeled up leaking balcony and they have over $9000 of our money! We had an engineer review the floor and work.
