Eagle Rentals manages unit #1408 in Landmark Resort, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I rented this unit through Booking.com but it’s also available on Airbnb, Agoda, Coastalguide.com, etc. I stayed here at the end of Aug 2025 and was horrified. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This unit PH11 at Camelot By The Sea in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina was unsafe, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented through the use of Booking.com. Within minutes of entering, I found visible pests (including live roaches), unsanitary conditions, and an overall lack of hygiene. Rented Beach Master unit #305. Place is deplorable and has BEDBUGS. Since we complained Chris has completely ignored us. I willing to bet people are there this week and were not told about the issues. Never deal with this slump realtor.
If you’re thinking of booking through Eagle Realty, let me spare you the regret—we did, and we paid the price in health, comfort, and sanity. The bedroom we stayed in was a sweltering box, completely without air conditioning, during what felt like the hottest stretch of summer. Palmwood Villas 201 Stay Dates: July 3rd – July 6th Upon checking in on July 3rd, I immediately inspected the room as I always do when traveling. Unfortunately, I noticed a strong mildew/mold odor right away. I also discovered that the AC unit wasn’t working.
