The house was not clean when we moved in, which was odd because there was a cleaning lady there when we showed up to move in. Worst landlord I've ever had! I don't even leave reviews but my experience was so bad I have to. For the two years I lived there, I could never get Matt to answer the phone. Sent multiple emails as well and got no response. Any emergencies that would come up, I had to deal with them myself. Left that horrible overpriced place better than when I moved in and never was contacted about my security deposit. Thankfully, I'm blessed enough to not need it. Matthew was helpful from the beginning! He keeps his word! Great communication and always helped with any issues with the house. I highly recommend renting from this company! They take care of their tenants! These bad reviews are unfortunate but there are 2 sides to every story.
SCAM ALERT!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. My family member is asking that I post this review for her. Matthew was very helpful from the beginning. He returned her calls and showed her a home. She was excited about one home in particular and started her application process. She paid for the application fee and sent sensitive documents through to Matthew and he has not returned her calls. She has called every day since she paid her application fee and gets no answer. Told us he would be happy to take our fire wood and not charge us for "cleaning it up" when we moved to our next duty station and then charged us the clean up fee for it. Just one example of the lies and unprofessionalism we experienced from them.
