Very thorough and was able to catch a couple things that could've been a problem! :) Highly recommend.
TERRIBLE. Inspector didn’t note that the central heat flat out doesn’t function. At all. Didn’t note that the wood stove wasn’t up to code and is a serious fire hazard. Didn’t note two of the bedrooms have little to no working electricity. Didn’t note the shower leaks nonstop. Since buying the house 6 months ago we’ve been quoted over $20,000 in repairs for these things. Run far from this inspector. Terrible quality and it makes us regret buying the house.

Had my roof inspected by Mr. Randy Yell. I was very pleased with his attention to detail. I was grateful and very surprised at the length of time he spent combing over every aspect of our roof to receive that detailed report
I went with Eagle Quality inspections for my home inspection and he did a terrible job. He missed a big water leak and dry rot in one of my main widows? My 9 year old found it as soon as she walked up to her window. Don't think he is the right guy for your home inspections. Not Worth $345 for his quality of work..Now I have to pay out of my pocket to fix his misses.. I Highly don't Recommond him at all.
