Terrible service! Look at your invoices before paying!!! I called the company because a service person had shown up telling us that the battery was marking as low and needed to be changed, ok awesome do it. Apparently they told us they needed to install an antenna so we can get better signal. This we thought was their own maintenance that they needed to do. Not something that we needed for our own system. Paper invoice said $600. When the invoice was emailed so we can pay it said $700. We received our usual bill 2 days later... read more
