Sonya and rocky as our landlords, we’re amazing! Always showed up when needed and always fixed whatever needed to be fixed! We loved renting from them!!

Slum lords! We rented a house in brainerd years ago with this property management group. The house had a roof leak that turned to black mold it was never fixed. The garage door broke and was never fixed. The garage was only usable for 2 months out of our entire year long stay. Looks like they’re getting good at paying for 5 star reviews. Stay weary of this company they’ll tell u what you wanna hear just to get you in a house then leave you high and dry to deal with issues they are responsible for.
