They do not answer the phone, when we finally got a repose the lady was extremely late, and blamed her assistant. Then asked us too put in an application but never responded. Lastly, I am a mixed female ( mainly white) and my fiancé is black but the owner is racist. And I don’t throw the term around loosely at all.
Weirdly adds more fees just cuz they can I guess. Also you call and no one answers. Leave a voicemail and no one reaches out back to you. Plenty of times they add charges to the account and they don’t tell you why. Not only that but they let squatters into properties and don’t do anything about it. I’d say if I owned a property, I would not let this place manage it. They get 2 stars because at least maintenance is nice and usually get to work fast.
McKenzie and Mike were very responsive and helpful assisting my son to get his first apartment in Sonora. McKenzie answered all his emails and calls timely, and Mike met him for tours of apartments. If it wasn’t for their constant communication and direction, he might of ended up with nothing. (Apartments are few and far between in the Sonora area.) In the end, it all worked out great! Thanks for all your help!
super rude, don't use them, they will charge you extra
very bad service, my mom don't speak English and they ask her to sign paper that she did even read.
