Would give them 0 stars if I could. They're staysense 3rd party booking is awful no way to contact them, reservation numbers don't match. I will be fighting the charges through my credit card company and filing a BBB complaint.
I booked the cabin Naughty by Nature on Highlands Way for the Valentine’s Day weekend and I must say the process was a bit frustrating. I’ve been booking cabins for years and never have I ever been faced with not getting the address to a cabin until the day of check-in. If it’s for alleged safety reasons, everyone who’s lodged hear has the info and has shared such info and the door codes are changed after each tenant. We reserved a property hosted by Eagle Property Management through Airbnb. After completing all the required steps on Airbnb, including providing our information, payment, and ID verification, we were asked to share everything directly with them outside of Airbnb. Additionally, they required us to sign a lease and provide credit card information, which felt excessive and concerning, as it seemed they could charge us at their discretion. The communication throughout this process was also terrible.
Horrible place, though they did try to fix the issue by switching cabins, it turned out it was just as bad. I will never use this company for any purpose. A hotel would have been better, and their customer service is not handled very professionally!
Eagle Property Management took excellent care of us when we stayed in Gatlinburg this weekend! The cabin was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and it came equipped with every tool, utensil, and game we ever could’ve needed! We are already planning another trip!
