Have an account set up for auto refill and autopay and my tank went empty which should never happen….especially when it’s below 10 degrees outside. Called multiple times for 2 days straight and no one would answer. USE PINNACLE OR PICO IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR FAMILY TO WAKE UP FREEZING.

My pastor had contacted another propane company and they said that they would be there the same day to fill our tank up, especially since it was empty. After calling them 3 days in a row to see when they were coming I told them to just cancel the delivery. I called Eagle and they came out the very same day.
