took my chainsaw in for repair, we greeted by Owen in service, he thoroughly went over my saw and service needs. quick turn around time and very helpful. they listen to customer needs and addressed all my concerns. will be returning for all future saw needs
We bought tractor recently. Colin from sales in extremly nice and we did not feel like we are pressured into our decision which I feel is #1 priority for us. He also went above and beyond taking care of everything we need. Even the credit application team and truck driver who delivered the tractor everyone was so amazing and efficient at their work. Will certainly recommend.
Just had my new dump truck in the shop to get a plow frame put on it. Communication, scheduling, customer service and customer satisfaction were all on point. Great Job!!
Owen answered the phone, ordered the part I needed quickly without an attitude. I look foward to doing business with Eagle Equipment. **UNFORTUNATELY Getting my clam shell bagger would be $200 freight, and there is NO other option. So while my experience with Andy and Owen was an ok one, I'm disappointed that I won't be able to make the purchase. :(
