I have been having a mice issue for months while the landlord blamed it on construction in the area. I refused to pay June and July rent because nothing got resolved and the mice continue to eat food from pantry. I contacted their corporate office in Birmingham and a lady named “Shirley” reached back out to me. Keep in mind I have small children. I guess they believe it's okay for us to live in what looks like a junk yard starter kit. Not to mention I've been without air conditioning for a whole week and all they've done is put a mobile AC in my bedroom. The rest of my apartment is like a freaking sauna seeing as it's Summer and the heat index has been in the 90's and 100°F+. I wouldn't recommend this place to live unless you're desperate seeing as the pool still isn't open and it's late June already! Totally unacceptable!!
