Very uncaring and unreasonable staff. A lot of nicer properties and cheaper. Dated accommodations. Got something 5x as nice for $300 cheaper. Shop around. Don’t settle for less for your money. One star because can’t go lower.

This is what I wish we had of known before we moved into this complex... We moved out after a year of living in our townhouse here. We were very excited to find a place to live centrally located to our jobs and loved idea of multiple pools, and the extra security of what is advertised as a gated community. The living space in the 3 bedroom (which we got because there was not a 2 bedroom avaliable) is pretty spacious, and there are a couple of maintenance guys who are very professional and do good work. This place is a total joke. You're paying about $1,000 for horrible parking that has resulted in multiple wrecks I've witnessed and being blocked in your own spot because they can't seem to hire anyone that won't park in the no parking spots, big as your thumb roaches out in the middle of the frickin' roads and sidewalks while trying to walk your dogs, hastily done "repairs", and the rudest office workers I've ever encountered. Ran into issues with your paychecks? dont let these people know! they do not care at all! even cleaned the apartment top to bottom before moving and they say we owe them 4000$! for absolutely nothing! the staff is aweful as well! dont waste your time! your credit score WILL suffer!
RecommendedI have been here for the last three years and other than a few minor hic-ups (that can happen anywhere you live), I love it here. Clean, peaceful and friendly, you get what you pay for.
Worst most incompetent, office staff. Will not extend my lease and cannot wait until I can move in July.
This is the worst community around and the office staff are terrible. Not only is the place out dated for the outrageous rent, but any problems or concerns you have will never be addressed or taken care of. They are constantly doing so called “improvements” which are never completed. For the past two years the pool is consistently closed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
