The maintenance here fixes problems quickly and the first time, the staff is also very nice and always tries to help. This is a great location in Boise. I enjoy living here.
was a great tenant...never made noise or trouble and I was constantly being bombarded with false accusations of noise and numerous attempts to charge me with extra fees, (parking and noise). At one point it got so ridiculous they actually tried to charge me with a fee because I wasnt parked directly in the center of the two yellow lines in a parking spot, but rather too close to one side. I wasnt even touching the yellow line, still probably a good 3 inches away from it. They always take pictures to prove theyre right and th... read more
