As some of previous resident mentioned l, if you want mental health for your family go to this building . Quality is 1 out of 10. Anyone walks will make all building aware. Night and day you can’t relax . I complained to management about my upstairs neighbor more than 9 times no one is helping you. Even they don’t give you option to change your unit. Since moving in, I have been repeatedly disturbed by alarms going off at all hours. Despite submitting multiple noise complaint reports about the people above me constantly banging, stomping, and slamming their doors, I have yet to receive any response or action from management.
