Visitor parking for this location used to be free and now it is paid parking if you have a visitor. If you are a visitor, now you have to risk your vehicle getting damaged on Eagleson. They’re giving out duplicate parking numbers, leaving people who paid for their spot to then have it taken by another person. There are stains on the carpets and scuffs and damage to the hallway walls. Their maintenance team cannot figure out how to fix anything properly for the life of them. Aweful place to rent from and now they are charging visitors to park.
Charging visitors to park in the terrible parking lot is shameful.
No one picks up call or get appropriate response when you inquire about move in, they’re literally misguiding applicants and get them to sign leases and went in ghost mode.
Think twice before renting at Eagle point, at YOUR OWN RISK They simply don’t care about your situation or take your complaints seriously. I’ve had so many neighbours left because of their lack of complaints resolution or simply put don’t care
