Make this your last choice. The first night we moved in, we caught 2 mice. We caught mice on a regular basis. Occasional roaches also. They raise the rent every year, but no updates to the unit or building. We moved out and I was told the unit looked great. 1 week later, I'm charged $200 in extra charges.
I moved to the twin cities St. Paul/Minneapolis area from a different city across the country. My assistance with Eagle Pointe was extremely helpful and the process was very straightforward and extremely productive during my move. I especially appreciate Lindsey the Sr. Residential Support Specialist. She really went above and beyond to walk me through each step of the process.
It's peaceful here and ppl mind their business. Indoor pool is being fixed. The patios will be replaced. Waiting for the outdoor pool to open. Ive been here 5yrs. We now have a DREAM TEAM in the office and maintance. Sierra and Tony you are appreciated
