They charged me for not cleaning when the place wasn't cleaned when I moved in. Cat hair all over the place, dead roaches in the lights (that was a fun surprise). Constant issues with some funky smell. The outlets were loose; when I put in a request, the maintenance man told me to bend the prongs on my cords, essentially wanting me to damage my electronics just to use half the outlets in my apartment. Are you absolutely desperate? Rent here. Want to deal with predatory towing? Rent at Eagle Pointe! Got towed twice as a tenant, one tow they paid half because they were at fault. Rat infested apartment with hungry roaches crawling out no matter how many times they use pest control year round (btw tenants pay pest control every month)..Just look at the photos of my experience to see what you will be dealing with on move-in day!
