I just moved here and the rent is way too high for what you get. Condemned decks that need to be fixed through out the building. They towed my car for being on the lot with expired tabs for 5 days. No proper notice in the leasing agreement or around the apartment. Its disgusting the management allows the tow company to be preying on residents like this.
The refurbished apartment is very beautiful.
I’ve lived at Eagle Pointe for over a year now and I’ve loved everyday of it. Cierre and Jada are amazing and help get problems resolved in a timely manner and are very helpful. I’d recommend eagle pointe. National night out was amazing and management did a great job! Thank you for all you do!
